27k # 2½h @ 23°C (5pm) | Sonnig, manchmal etwas windig

Eigentlich war nur eine kleine Rundfahrt angedacht - um dann schließlich doch wieder im Forsthaus in Mühlheim zu landen. Heute ein Butterbrot zum Selbstbau mit Handkäse, Kräuterquark und Obatzda als Vorspeise, gefolgt von einem herzhaften Hacksteak mit Schmorzwiebeln.

    Hand cheese, herbal quark (a type of fresh cheese for which Wikipedia mentions curd as an alternative translation: http://is.gd/Zy012x) and Obatzda (that typical Bavarian cheese delicacy which I also enjoyed last Saturday: http://is.gd/WWa92s). It was labeled as an appetizer only, but it has been really much to eat...
