So stellt man sich ein Märchenschloß vor: Bory-vár in Székesfehérvár, Ungarn.

  1. I don't know why, but this reminds me of the Glensheen Mansion in Duluth.

I am guessing that Glensheen was built in the same same period.

  3. It should read Glensheen. I don't know where the n's went! The interesting thing about it is that it is still decorated the way it was in the 1900's. Also, a famous murder took place there. I guess this past year they actually started talking about it on the tour. Before that no one spoke of it.

  5. Oh, I see now. When I translate the page into English it drops the "n". Can you explain why it might do that? Is it close to a German word?

It also translates your name as "Will Eric Thomas". At first I thought you had changed the name of your blog, but then I realized it was being translated. The mysteries of Google translate...

  6. I haven't any idea of a German word close to Glensheen, Google seems to be quite arbitrary here...

Well, the same is true for the spell check of Microsoft Word: The suggestion for Willerich is "Wildreich", an artificial composition which could be translated approximately as "Realm of Game Animals". Very strange too!
