Buchenwälder @ Nationalpark Jasmund

Die Alten Buchenwälder im Nationalpark Jasmund (dem kleinsten in Deutschland) gehören zum Weltnaturerbe. Ach, würde doch bloß die Erosion aufhören, die Kreidefelsen immer mehr abzutragen...

    I tried to find some information about that issue, but obviously there is no remedy: The chalk cliffs are quite soft, and especially after heavy rains parts shear off again and again - the result is a coastline like this: http://is.gd/xcuNXA
