Tag 2: Thanksgiving in July

Das amerikanischste aller Familienfeste: Thanksgiving. Ein riesiger Truthahn, dazu jede Menge leckere Beilagen, und als Abschluß noch dreierlei Süßigkeiten: Rhubarb Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie.

Thank you so much, Ronda and Rodney, for this wonderful Thanksgiving in July. It was such a wonderful new experience, I will never forget it!

    It is too bad that the legs had already been carved on the turkey. I think it is the first "Thanksgiving" I have been to where the whole turkey was eaten!

    Don't worry about the legs: I have seen the turkey with its legs - and that's more important than to have a picture of it...
