In this case, I had hoped and waited for the subtitled version, and I had good luck: One of my favorite art house cinema theaters often screens subtitled originals - and they did it also for Kaurismäki's current movie!
Nowadays I think most movies are subtitled here. I have not heard of a dubbed one for a while. It seems to me that only Kung Fu movies are dubbed.
