Ostrich's are very funny! Did you know that they can be found on restaurant menu's here? I have never had it, and I am not sure that I ever will.

Some years ago ostrich meat became temporarily a little popular in Germany (still at a very low level) since it was an alternative to beef because of BSE, the mad-cow disease. Though it is considered as animal torture to breed ostriches here, the weather is just too cold and too wet for them. I have never had it either.
