Tag 13: Der blaue Sack

Die dritte Kalenderwoche hat begonnen und erstmals keine neue Therapien oder Vorträge. Zeit also für den blauen Sack auf dem Bett (offiziell Lagerungskissen genannt), der erstaunlich gut hilft, den Rücken zu entspannen, wenn man einfach nur eine Stunde lang die angewinkelten Beine auf ihn drauflegt.

  2. You're right, the translation was too literally (word by word) for me to detect the error... Well, lying on the bed and putting my bent legs on that blue pillow is indeed really relaxing for my back!

  3. Yes, that makes more sense. I sometimes do that too, but never with such a large pillow. When I am in a lot of pain I sometimes sleep with a pillow under my knees. That seems to help and it keeps me from rolling over. (I often wake up on my stomach. This is a problem because I also wake up with a stiff back and it can be hard to move.)
