What I have been craving is Horseradish Havarti that a cheese maker in Wisconsin makes. It is so good on a roast beef sandwich. I have been having trouble fining it though.
I have not heard of that cheese yet, but I just have read a little about it in the internet. Sounds really tasty, I have to look for it. Did you know that Havarti originates in Denmark (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Havarti)?
