Spuren im Sand

Ich will zurück, zurück ans Meer. Nachsehen, ob meine Spuren im Sand noch da sind...

    I have only been to the sea three times in my life. Once was the Gulf of Mexico, does that count? The only time it was warm enough to leave a footprint was at the Gulf.

    I guess the Gulf counts too, of course. Well, don't forget Lake Superior, it seems to be as large as the Sea. At least there are lighthouses!

    I have been to Lake Superior many times, but it is still usually too cold! It is quite a bit cooler by the lake than the rest of the state is.

    I believe there is, but the season for swimming is very short. I know that some people surf on it. I think they have to wear those suits that keep you warm in cold water.
