So wie das kleine Schweinchen habe ich diese Woche auch auf meinem türkisfarbenen Ball gelegen...

  1. I have one of those balls in my house too. I sometimes use it to sit at the computer too.

  2. Some years ago, I used such a ball at work. After some weeks it burst and I fell, fortunately I did not hurt myself, but I was quite startled (my colleagues, too). Maybe it was a manufacturing fault, or something sharp made the ball explode.

  4. Nowadays, I use my ball only for gymnastics. At home as well as at work I have a wedge pillow (like http://is.gd/vJ4MNt) on my chair. I'm quite pleased with it.

  5. The second link is indeed controversial, but it might explain why I have made better experiences at home with my wedge pillow than with the ball when sitting at the computer.

  6. I don't know that I have seen those wedge pillows before. How firm are they?

  7. They are fairly firm and keep shape. I find them comfortable, since sitting on them relieves the spinal disks (at least with my symptoms).
