Wann ist ein Berg ein Berg?

Wann ist ein Berg ein Berg? Gar nicht so leicht zu sagen, aber davon hängt ab, der wievielt höchste Berg Deutschlands der Watzmann ist. Immerhin ist unstrittig, daß er der höchste Berg ist, der vollständig innerhalb Deutschlands liegt.

    That sounds like the question of, when is a lake a lake? Since I live in a state with more than 12,000 of them, it is a serious question.

    I have found the definition for the 187,888 lakes in Finland: http://is.gd/OSY6yq . Though, I do not know if all questions are answered: Two small lakes which are connected at a narrow point could also be considered as one larger lake...

    I believe here the lake needs to be bigger than an acre, otherwise it is a pond.
